Through two major hiring phases aligned with Series A and Series B funding rounds, Panda was instrumental in scaling the company, sourcing and introducing over two-thirds of Weaviate's current engineering team and contributing to a tenfold expansion of the organization.
Our services were provided on both a contingent and embedded basis at different times to reflect the urgency and intensity of hiring. Over the course of 2.5 years, Weaviate saved approximately $650,000 by using Panda over other agencies with a conventional fee structure.
