  • Paul founded PANDA in 2020 for the unique satisfaction of building something from the ground up.

    He has over 15 years of experience in technology recruitment in the European and US markets having led cross-Atlantic projects throughout his career.

    Paul is originally from the North Yorkshire coast. After living in London for two decades, he recently moved back, settling in York with his family. He loves being outdoors - walking dogs on the beach with his daughter and playing golf.

  • Zarah studied Law at the University of Cambridge, and was an Intellectual Property and commercial lawyer to technology startups, scaleups, and Big Tech for 14 years.

    Alongside her work as a lawyer, Zarah discovered a passion for people and advancing great talent. Working in startups, her work evolved beyond law to include leadership, operations, HR and talent acquisition. Looking for a career that focused her energy on people and purpose, she founded PANDA with Paul in 2020.

    Zarah has a two-year old daughter and enjoys throwing pots on a pottery wheel whenever she gets the chance.

  • With over 14 years of experience, Steph is an expert in tech, product and design recruitment. Having worked in both in-house and agency settings, she excels in connecting top talent with innovative companies.

    A proud Yorkshire native, she enjoys exploring the Dales with her family. Outside of recruitment, she is a competitive softball player and fitness enthusiast and enjoys tending to her allotment.

  • Caroline has over 13 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on tech roles and senior appointments on a global scale. She has trained and built successful tech recruitment teams for both permanent and interim hiring. She draws on her considerable experience to support hyper-growth tech startups and scaleups in Europe and beyond.

    Caroline spent 6 years living and working in the South of France and speaks fluent French and Spanish. She now lives in the beautiful hills on the mid-Wales border with her family. After years of competitive sports, like county lacrosse and netball, she prefers more leisurely pass-times of dog walks, pilates and exercising her moderately green-fingers and home-design skills, as well as playing hostess to family and friends and travelling as much as possible.

  • Despite not looking a day over 21, Hannah has been working in tech recruitment for over 13 years.

    She enjoys connecting candidates with new employers and supporting both throughout the entire process, making it swift and enjoyable for everyone involved.

    She lives in the South-East of England with her husband, daughter, and rather special dog who is afraid of the rain. Weekends tend to include a walk across the Ashdown Forest, in Winnie-the-Pooh country, a spin class, and a movie night.
